Galway urban sprawl, 1990–2025

Thirty-five years of land cover change around Galway City, measured with CORINE data, density gradients and centroid shift.

EV charger access, Galway City

Road distance from every Census Small Area to its nearest public EV charger, showing which neighbourhoods are underserved.

Rainfall interpolation by kriging

A continuous rainfall surface built from point station data with ordinary kriging in R, with the variogram and prediction error mapped.

Day to day I work in QGIS, R and ArcGIS Online, from data cleaning through to finished cartography. I’m currently building up ArcGIS Pro, Python and FME, with a new project here each month.
